Food Technology: Hot Cakes

Today in Food Technology with Mrs Tuipolotu we learnt how to follow baking instruction
 we also learnt how to
Measure the ingredients correctly and how to use the cooking
 equipment properly and safely. 

The ingredients we used was

  • 1 1/2 cup of plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
